This Stupid TV Show

I am sitting here in the dark seeing my husband and thinking that I am truly in love with this man. I have said it before but after being reminded and love is immortal and life is the opposite, I realize once again that I am in love with my husband for all the unusual reasons.

1.  I am not sure of how many good men there are in this world that would take on a woman with two kids and say ok I am going to love her, marry her, and have another child. He could have left at anytime and gave him to many outs but he still stayed.

When I met him, he was very single and did not want to have any kids. In fact his mother told him that if he didn't want to have any kids they would be ok with it and what does he do, he adds three more. 

2. He makes horrible jokes. I mean horrible, the kind that could send you on a one way ticket to hell. He will stop everything that he is reading for me to come into the room and show me something or tell me something that was horrible or awkward. 

Example: A set of Siamese Twins got accepted into college.... two separate colleges. 

The sad thing, I laughed too.

3. He sings in the shower. I love his voice and love to hear it all the time.

4. He doesn't know how to cook, so I never have to worry about too many cooks in my kitchen because I am the only that does cook and he has a hollow leg. 

5. He is a rock. Every time that I am sick or I am having a bad day he will stop everything and make sure that i get a moment. He will take the kids and do something or just let them know that I need a minute. He knows when there is something wrong before I say something. 

When my grandfather passed away we were sitting in the car waiting for the sign that we can go in. I am pregnant and numb to everything that is going on until I see the Hurst pulling up next to us. That is when it hit everything that this day was going to be hit. I couldn't breathe, think or anything, and just as I was going to lose all definition of calm, there was a calm. He held my hand and told me that I could do this. 

6. His puns. As much they get annoying the fact that me makes them and I dont ever have to worry about a silent moment in my house because I know they are coming. 

7. When he comes into bed. I will be trying to get to sleep and he will come up cuddle to me and then snores. 

8. I love when he wears just a t-shirt and jeans. seriously. he is so hot to me. 

9. his nerdiness. he can come up with some of the strange ideas. he knows what movie or episode of star trek I am talking about. He will makes references to the most nerdy things.

10. The way he holds my hand. There is a perfect way to hold someone's hand and he should teach and class. It's like the way he kisses and he can kiss by the book.

All this came up because of Glee and the episode that Finn's memorial. It made me realize with out him I would be lost and not have any where to go. Always singing in the house and never in front of people.
